FAQ

Answers, upfront.

We believe transparency starts before the contract. Here's what owners, developers, and trades ask us most.

  • We are headquartered in Southern California and take on projects across the entire state — from San Diego up through the Bay Area and Central Valley. If your project is in California, we can serve it.

  • Commercial office, industrial and distribution, retail and restaurant, multi-family and mixed-use, healthcare and OSHPD, and adaptive reuse or tenant improvements. Both ground-up and renovation work.

  • Yes. Our advisory practice supports developers, owners, and other contractors with operational assessments, project recovery, estimating support, bid strategy, and owner's representation — even when we are not building the project ourselves.

  • Yes. We hold active California State License Board (CSLB) contractor licensing and carry current general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.

  • We provide transparent, itemized budgets after a discovery call and preliminary scope review. Depending on the project we deliver stipulated-sum, cost-plus, or CM-at-risk pricing structures. No surprises, no hidden fees.

  • It depends on scope. Tenant improvements can range from 6–14 weeks; ground-up commercial builds typically run 6–14 months from mobilization. We provide a detailed schedule during pre-construction so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Call us at 714.421.7608 or send a message through the contact page. We'll set up a discovery call within one business day, walk the site with you, and lay out a clear next step — no obligation.
