Yes. We hold active California State License Board (CSLB) contractor licensing and carry current general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.
We provide transparent, itemized budgets after a discovery call and preliminary scope review. Depending on the project we deliver stipulated-sum, cost-plus, or CM-at-risk pricing structures. No surprises, no hidden fees.
It depends on scope. Tenant improvements can range from 6–14 weeks; ground-up commercial builds typically run 6–14 months from mobilization. We provide a detailed schedule during pre-construction so you know exactly what to expect.
